Hike in the jungle and Maloca

At 11 kilometers from the city of Leticia, on the Tacana river within the jungle there is an indigenous community of the Yucuna ethnic group. On a hike through the jungle, together with an indigenous guide, you will learn about various medicinal plants and their uses. In its traditional maloca (indigenous house for ceremonies) a family will welcome you. They will share with you ancestral knowledge about sacred plants such as coca, tobacco, the process to become mambe and rapé.You will also eat typical indigenous food and at night it will be time to venture into the jungle with a night hike and when return you will sleep in the house indigenous or Maloca in a hammock with a mosquito net.
